ROCKY HILL - Plainville boys soccer is moving on to the second round of the Class M postseason, beating No. 14 Rocky Hill 1-0 Tuesday night.

The No. 19 Blue Devils had the lone score of the game come from Trevor Rau, getting a deep pass from Gavin Bravado in the 25th minute of play.

Next up for Plainville is No. 3 Stonington (15-1-0). The second-round match will come Thursday night, in Stonington.

Darien 6, New Britain 0: New Britain boys soccer saw its season come to a close Tuesday night, falling to No. 8 Darien 6-0.
