BRISTOL -- An elderly Bristol man who had been missing for nearly a week has been located.
Bristol police on Wednesday said Stefan Spiak, 81, has been found and is safe.
Police last week asked for help finding the 81-year-old, saying he had been last seen on Thursday.
Officers had asked the public to reach out to dispatchers or a detective if they had any information on the whereabouts of Spiak, who was believed to have possibly been using public transportation. Police also noted that he may have been confused about the date and his location.
