BRISTOL - A local man arrested Wednesday is accused of sexually assaulting a teenage girl.

Jossean Crispin, 31, is facing two counts each of first-degree sexual assault and risk of injury to a minor.

According to police, the complainant in the case was 12 years old at the time of the allegations, which date back to last year. Police declined to release more information.

Crispin is being held on $750,000 bond, and he is scheduled to appear on Jan. 30 in New Britain Superior Court - where the most serious matters in the area are held.

The arrest warrant in the case has been ordered sealed by a judge, so no additional details were available Thursday.
